Web3 and NFT News πΌοΈ
π€ Tale Of Us NFT. Last Saturday night, Tale Of Us not only performed their energizing techno dance music but also presented stunning visuals on the massive screen (4500 sqft) at Brooklyn Mirage. Apparently, some of those are 1 of 1 NFT artworks matching each original song. Seamlessly paired with music performance, these NFTs were made possible by Matteo Milleri of Tale Of Us in collaboration with Alessio De Vecchi the 3D artist and chief curator of SuperRreLabs. BTS story for this project. I have to say I do have higher expectations for concert visuals now.
π§° Koop - NFT passes launching platform. Earlier this month, Koop, raised $5 million in funding, to continue building the protocol that helps creators and communities to launch NFT-based membership passes to raise funds for projects. At its core, Koop makes it easier for anyone to organize and fundraise through the use of NFTs while being flexible on the level of decentralization that each community opts in. Hereβs a step-by-step guide written by the founder Natalia Murillo, the 21-year-old USC graduate, back in 2021 when Koop was in its beta. The team is also focusing on building a different social network where everyone feels unique.
π Career SocailFi - TalenTale. Have you ever wondered that you can monetize on your resume? TalenTale is building a profile system to turn your resumes into NFTs so you can self-govern how the resumes are shared or even traded. Three main roles in the ecosystem: talents, connectors and companies. The TalenTale tokens provide incentives for the 1) talents to mint resumes as they earn tokens as resume NFTs getting unlocked; 2) connectors to match potential candidates with right positions so they earn tokens on successful matching; 3) companies to use the platform to locate talents as it cuts down headhunting and HR costs. Although the project is still in its early days, it is definitely a thought-provoking use case for utility NFTs.
π΅ Web3 Music Artist Trending - Daniel Allan
This Gen Z Web3 Music artist just released another song π
Daniel Allan first released his music NFTs back in 2020 to crowdfund his album Overstimulated and has been gaining popularity and earning a moderate fortune in the Web3 music space.
Earlier this year in July, Danial again sold out his 1,000 music NFT collection, named Glass House in less than 24 hours, making about 72 ETH. According to the Billboard article, there was βNo record label. No marketing campaign. No viral Tiktok hit. Just 1,000 true fans showing up to support him.β
